Here's a shot of Windseeker II taken from the driver's side taken shortly after we purchased the coach in Arizona in Sept 2012. This coach replaced the original Windseeker I . This one is a 2008 Country Coach Inspire 360 43' Founders Edition, a superb 43' long diesel pusher with the twin or "tag" rear axle. This is a fine luxury motor coach with every many deluxe amenities. We were very excited to take our first trip to the Oregon coast in the fall of 2012!

Here's another shot of the Windseeker from the driver's side taken shortly after purchase. This is a more front on angle and conveys the imposing nature of the coach. It is indeed a beautiful piece of rolling art as well as a mechanical marvel. The tag axle lends a level of stability and weight capacity not possible in single axle models, and moves the rig into the elite class of mega coaches. I created a bumper sticker for the coach "If you're tag, you're it." This definitely ain't your father's station wagon.

Here's another shot of the Windseeker, this time from the passenger side and that is my lovely bride and lady of the house, Miss Libby standing by the entry door. 13' opposing slides in front expand the main cabin into a large and comfortable living area . Rear opposing slides create a spacious, luxurious master bedroom. Some new luxury coaches are now equipped with a rear bath and midships master, but that is a poor design for me because it is always a step up into the bathroom making the bathroom ceiling too low for me at 6'6". The midships bathroom is the ideal configuration for us, and it also insulates the master bedroom from the main cabin, with a double set of pocket doors.

A photo of the Windseeker from a rear perspective with our Chevy Suburban in tow. The 4WD Suburban is designed for 'flat towing', which means it can be towed behind the coach with the transfer case in neutral and the transmission in park. This allows the wheels to spin freely and does not accumulate towed miles on the odometer.

Here's yet another shot of the Windseeker, again from the passenger side with the slides and the awning out, the door open for business. That's our Lincoln Aviator, looking a bit like a matchbox SUV, parked just out behind the rig. We have since upgraded our Aviator to a flat-towable Chevy Suburban SUV which Libby would drive on our journey when we are towing our Catalina sailboat.

Here again is the Windseeker with the Suburban in tow as we were headed south through California on our way to Arizona for the winter months in January 2013. This spectacular photo was taken just south of Weed, CA as we made our way through the Siskiyou Mountains. That is of course Mt Shasta in the background. I think this one could be a cover shot for one of the RV magazines. In the future we won't be towing the car most of time, but driving separately while one of us tows our Catalina sailboat from lake to lake.

This is the spacious interior of our land yacht taking facing forward and showing the driver and passenger seat swiveled around to face rearward, with an indication on the left of the desk and leather recliner chair, which we replaced with a custom king size Lazyboy swivel rocker/recliner, possibly the world's most comfortable chair, and a 6' ultra leather convertible sofa on the right. That is a new 40" LED 3D Sony TV above the dash.

This is the interior of the Windseeker facing rearward showing the dining table and hutch. A Corian Dining table slides out from wall console seating 2-4 people with extra folding dining chairs stored in a cabinet. The wall console also doubles as a computer work desk. Beyond the hutch is the hallway which leads back through the large midships bath area and into the spacious master bedroom.

Directly across from the dining area is the large and well appointed kichen. All the cabinetry is masterfully crafted of quality medium cherry wood, the floor is tastefully carpeted in front with beautiful patterned tile in the kitchen and bath area. The kitchen features a double stainless sink, 3 burner gas stove, microwave / convection oven and slide out counter which adds three feet of counter space.

Just down the hallway on the way to the king size bedroom is the bathroom. On the driver's side, it features a large hexagonal shower, among the largest we have ever seen in a motorhomne, and a sink with copious cabinet space, and on the left a separate room for the commode and a second sink and medicine cabinets.

Here's a shot of the master bedroom looking forward through the bathroom area to the main cabin beyond. The master closes off from the bathroom with a sliding pocket door and a second pocket door closes the bathroom off from the main cabin. Close both doors and you have a effective sound barrier between the main cabin and the master bath, great if someone wants to go to bed early, or one is up early and the other is sleeping in.

Here's a shot in master bedroom showing the triple dresser and cabinetry at the foot of the bed with built-in HDTV, and the closets at the very rear of the coach. With both slides out the bedroom is quite large - you can walk all around the king size bed. There is a lot of room for storing clothing for extended travels and the adjacent bathroom area has his and hers sinks and a large shower which is quite generous and features an endless supply of hot water with the Aqua Hot™ water heater.
