SEDONA PHOTO GALLERY

Joe and Libby at a very scenic overlook just outside Sedona on the Lower Red Rock Loop

Descending into West Sedona and the magnificent mountain backdrop

See this commercia and a selection of some of the others I did long ago on Youtube
I hadn't been to Sedona in 30+ years since I filmed a Kodak commercial there in the late 70's

Coming round the bend into downtown Sedona

The majestic Red Rock Mountains are visible from every street corner in Sedona.

This building, the Center for the New Age, in downtown Old Sedona says it all
home to Psychic Readers, Massage & Healing, Vortex Info, Spiritual Books & Crystals, even a UFO Center

Have you hugged your Buddha today?

So-called 'Visitor Center' is actually a lead generation operation for Sedona Pines Timeshare. Caveat Emptor!

No caption necessary here.... the photo says it all.

Another shot of downtown Old Sedona... that's the Pink Cafe and the Pink Jeep Tours Office at the left

Rising above downtown Sedona is Camelback Mountain and Snoopy Rock (far right)

He'll be comin round the mountain when he comes!

We pulled off on a side road for a great shot of Libby with Cockscomb Rock in the background

A closer shot of this impressive red rock formation, Cockscomb Rock

I wish I could remember the names of all the Red Rock formations.

We drove the Upper Red Rock Loop in late afternoon for a spectacular view of Cathedral Rock

Another day, we hiked up the trail from the airport loop.

Just around the bend on the Airport loop trail you get a spectacular view of Bell Rock & Courthouse Butte

The Airport loop trail also affords a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley above Sedona (2 photos)

A tighter shot of just a portion of the same breathtaking panorama

Here's a spectacular lifesize bronze horse statue in downtown Old Sedona.

What would a visit to Sedona be without some shopping downtown? Sedona Joe with Cactus Jack!

Here's Libby posing next to some colorful scuptures of the notorious Javelina (wild pig) of Arizona

Once again the shops of downtown Old Sedona with the mountains looming large just behind.

Looming above West Sedona is Coffeepot Rock (right) just above the Coffeepot Restaurant where we dined

On the road out of town, Castle Rock looms off to the west, bidding you farewell from this magnificent area.

We took a couple side trips including Montezuma's Castle, home to a native American cliff dwellers

On the way out to Jerome we spotted this wonderful statue of the beloved Kokopelli
Revered as the fertility God by Native Americans he also changes winter into spring. How appropriate!

We leave you with one final spectacular Sedona panorama as we reluctantly head on to Los Angeles.
